At the end of our appraisal process you will receive a written Certified Appraisal Report.  The formal report is a certified statement that is accepted by the IRS for donation, insurance companies for scheduling personal property and U.S. courts for legal proceedings.

 Normally the report will be issued within 14 days following the appraisal examination.  In some cases, the report will take longer depending on the number of items or the complexity of obtaining accurate values. 

Two copies of the appraisal report are provided to the client.  Additional copies can be provided upon request.  The reports are very detailed and provide the appraisal information as well as information about the appraisal process. 

We personalize reports to the client's specific needs and include a set of photographs for reference. Because we are aware that privacy is important, all reports and photographs are considered confidential.
