FLAT RATES

In most cases we will provide a flat rate for an appraisal.  Rates are based on an estimate of the number of hours that it will take to complete the examination, research for information and valuation, and prepare the Certified Appraisal Report. 

HOURLY RATES

Appraisal charges based on hourly rates are determined by the amount of time spent during the examination appointment and in research at our office. 

This includes a formal, typed Certified Appraisal Report.

FLAT FEE FOR INDIVIDUAL ITEMS

Fees for appraisals of individual items appraised in our office start at $60.00. Rate varies based on the nature of the item and time necessary for the appraisal. 

TRAVEL

If your appraisal is to take place outside of our normal travel area, travel charges may apply.  You will be informed if a travel charge is to be added to the appraisal fee.
